Accessibility Statement

Our approach

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical product target. Accessibility is ongoing rather than a one-time certification, and this statement does not claim that every page is free of every barrier.

Current practices

  • semantic headings, landmarks, lists, tables, and form labels;
  • a keyboard-accessible skip link and navigation controls;
  • visible focus states and keyboard-operable primary workflows;
  • text alternatives for meaningful product imagery;
  • high-contrast customer and staff interfaces;
  • status communicated with words or symbols, not color alone;
  • responsive layouts for zoom and smaller screens; and
  • reduced animation for devices that request reduced motion.

Business responsibility

Businesses control their own service environment, QR placement, configured language, service names, and alternative check-in process. They should provide reasonable assistance for a person who cannot scan a QR code, use a personal device, receive a text, or complete the join form independently. Staff can add a walk-in without requiring SMS.

Report a barrier

Email support@linesfly.com with the page or workflow, what happened, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the best way to respond. We will review the report and work toward a reasonable solution.
