OPTIONAL VISIT UPDATES

SMS Terms

1. Consent is optional

Consent to SMS is not a condition of buying anything or joining a line. A person can use the private browser status page without providing a phone number. By selecting the SMS consent box—or directly asking staff to do so—the number’s subscriber or customary user authorizes LinesFly, Lead Better LLC, and the business operating the line to send automated transactional texts about that visit.

2. Message content and frequency

Messages may confirm that the person joined, warn that the turn is approaching, announce that the business is ready, or provide an operational update. No marketing is permitted through this consent. Message frequency varies with the line and is normally limited to a few messages during the active visit. Messages stop when the visit ends or consent is withdrawn.

3. Costs, carriers, and delivery

Message and data rates may apply under the recipient’s mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and a queue participant should continue to check the private browser status page. LinesFly is not an emergency notification service.

4. How to stop or get help

Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or make another clear and reasonable request to stop. A final confirmation may be sent. Reply HELP for help or email support@linesfly.com. An opt-out may prevent future LinesFly-powered queue texts to that number until the person validly opts back in.

5. Mobile-number responsibility

Do not enter a number you do not control or have authority to enroll. Tell us if a number has been reassigned. A business using LinesFly must not upload purchased lists, infer consent, preselect the consent box, send marketing under queue consent, or prevent a customer from opting out.

6. Privacy and changes

We process phone numbers, consent records, protected recipient references, and message delivery events as described in the Privacy Policy. We may update these SMS Terms by posting a new effective date. A material expansion of message purpose requires new consent when required by law.
