Lead Better LLC uses a limited set of providers to operate LinesFly. The exact provider involved depends on which features a business or queue participant uses.

| Cloudflare | Application delivery, network security, hosted database, and Turnstile abuse prevention | Account, queue, configuration, request, security, and operational data as needed to host and protect LinesFly |
| OpenAI Sites | Application deployment and managed hosting orchestration | Application source, deployment metadata, and service traffic needed to operate the hosted LinesFly application |
| Twilio | Optional transactional SMS delivery and opt-out handling | Mobile number, message content, delivery status, and carrier metadata when SMS is requested |
| Resend | Transactional account email delivery | Recipient email, name when used, message content, and delivery metadata |
| Stripe | Subscription checkout, payment processing, invoices, tax handling when enabled, and billing portal | Account and organization reference, plan, quantity, billing contact, payment details provided directly to Stripe, and transaction status |
Updates
We may change providers as LinesFly evolves. We will update this page before or promptly after a new subprocessor begins materially processing customer personal data. A business may raise a reasonable privacy-based objection under the Data Processing Addendum.
