LinesFly is a web product of Lead Better LLC that provides software for businesses and organizations to operate browser-based walk-in queues. It does not provide appointments, medical care, emergency services, or a guarantee of an exact service time.

Accounts and acceptable use

Business users are responsible for account security, their staff access, the accuracy of queue configuration, and lawful use of customer information. You may not use LinesFly to send marketing messages through transactional consent or to collect unnecessary highly sensitive information.

Billing

Paid plans renew according to the interval shown at checkout. SMS allowances and optional credits are shown in the business dashboard. Provider and tax terms may also apply.

Availability

We work to keep LinesFly reliable, but service may occasionally be interrupted. The browser queue is designed to remain the primary status path when a message provider cannot deliver a text.
